The learner can cancel the appointed lesson up to 2 times at NO CHARGE. After a second cancellation, there is an administration fee of $25. In order to avoid the administration fee, the learner must change, modify or cancel a lesson appointment 20 hours prior to the scheduled lesson’s time.
